Bad English syntax! Wouldnt have mind, but Outlook still does not work, so re-opened and oddly it worked!

I have re-installed Office three times, created new identities but without any solution.
I have even tested the situation on another Apple laptop with Outlook but the same results occur. Apple say it is not an operating system issue, Microsoft want the usual money 20100 they look into it and my IT company, who don't support Apple but have looked into can't seem to find an answer.
Having tested the situation on another Apple laptop, my suspicion this is an exchange server issue, although I have tried another email address on my company's exchange server with the same results. I have updated to the latest version of Outlook By the way, I also sync my iPhone with the same exchange server and this works fine.
Can anybody shed some light on this.
