As has been my experience before with Microsoft, when you can't find the help or fre you need, there really is nowhere to call, nobody to talk to who can explain or speak for microsoft. Funny, for a corporation that is so large, one of the largest corporations in the world, when it actually comes to finding them, contacting them to talk to them and ask them a question or for an explaination, it's as if they don't exist other than on a TV or computer screen.
It seems it is not even possible to talk to some confused foreigner in a call center somewhere in a distant land even. So be warned of this: It's not just that Microsoft has a horrible reputation from delievering buggy expensive software but that they also basically do not stand behind their products, as worse, they can't even be found to explain their products or themselves.
